Ingredients Serving: 1

  1. Flour 1/2cup
  2. Wheat flour 1/2 cup
  3. Sugar -1/2 cup
  4. Butter 1/2 cup
  5. Curd 1/4 cup
  6. Milk powder 1/2 cup
  7. Baking powder 1 teaspoon
  8. Baking soda 1teaspoon
  9. Vanilla essence 1/2 tsp
  10. Spinach paste 1/2 cup

Instructions

  1. Mix all dry ingredients and strain it with a strainer.
  2. Mix butter and sugar until creamy. Then put curd, milk powder, spinach paste, vanilla essence and mix it well
  3. Then mix the dry ingredients and mix it lightly.
  4. Grease the baking container with butter. Pour the cake batter into it.
  5. Preheat your oven to 180 degrees C. Put the cake tray and leave it for 45 minutes.
  6. When it becomes light brown or you can check with a toothpick. when done, remove from oven and remove from the container after 5 minutes
  7. Leave it to cool
  8. Slice and serve
