Fruits Verrine

Ingredients to make Fruits Verrine

  • 1 medium size chocolate cake
  • 1 cup dark chocolate mousse
  • 1/2 cup white chocolate cream
  • 1/2 cup whipped cream
  • 1 cup Fresh fruits chopped into small cubes. (I used apple, strawberry, pears and orange)
  • 3 Strawberries shaped like petals
  • 1 orange cut into thin circles
  • 2 teaspoons Strawberry crush/ fresh strawberry pulp
  • salt
  • 1 oats biscuit /digestive biscuit

How to make Fruits Verrine

  1. In a plain glass, add cake as the bottom layer
  2. Toss the all chopped fruits with a pinch of salt. Keep for garnishing
  3. Set thick dark chocolate mousse. Keep for cooling in freeze
  4. Make strawberry mousse. take a bowl, add white chocolate mousse and mix one or two spoons whipped cream and strawberry crush. Mix it gently. This is second layer
  5. Add a third layer of chopped fruits .
  6. slowly pour strawberry white chocolate mousse. Keep for cooling
  7. Now arrange orange pieces on top
  8. Pour dark chocolate mousse again.
  9. Keep one oats biscuit and on top garnish with strawberry petals.
  10. Served chilled

Cut the fruits just before serving
