Veggie Oats

Ingredients to make Veggie Oats

  • 250 gms oats
  • Veggie of your choice
  • 2 carrots chopped
  • 1/2 cup cauliflower florets
  • 1chopped onion
  • 2chopped tomatoes
  • 1bunch spinach
  • 2 tsp ginger garlic paste
  • 1tsp each red chilli powder and turmeric powder
  • 3 cups water
  • rock salt to taste

How to make Veggie Oats

  1. First wash then Chop the spinach well
  2. Take 2 tsp oil in pressure cooker
  3. Add 1 tsp jira, Heeng ,add onions
  4. Saute them well,add chopped tomatoes & the spices
  5. Add all the vegetables & cook for 3 whistles
  6. Serve hot with curd
