ABOUT Chickoo Yogurt Ice cream RECIPE

I know icecream is not the correct word, but frozen yogurt does not sound so appealing.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Chickoo - 5 (peeled and chopped)
  2. Hung yogurt - 1/2 cup
  3. Honey - 3 tbsp
  4. Milk powder - 1 tbsp
  5. Walnuts - 4 chopped (optional)

Instructions

  1. Mash the chickoo and put into a blender.
  2. Add curd, honey and milk powder and blend.
  3. Put into a plastic container, mix the walnuts and freeze it for at least 2 hours. Serve it.
