ABOUT Banana Soy Milk Smoothie RECIPE

A very special smoothie made for Diet Control or Weight loss concern. Blended with your hands. A no mixer banana and SoyMilk Smoothie. Tastes good and is light and healthy too.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1 ripe banana
  2. 300 grams Soy milk
  3. 1tspn Lime juice
  4. 3-4 drops Vanilla essence
  5. 1 tspn Sugarfree (optional)

Instructions

  1. Break up a banana into a bowl and squeeze lime onto it to prevent discolouring.
  2. Mash banana with a whisk.
  3. Whisk for 2-3 minutes to make banana into a paste.
  4. Add Soy milk and allow air bubbles so that it thickens faster upon whisking the smoothie.
  5. Add a few drops of vanilla essence.
  6. Add ice and pour into your favourite glass and enjoy this health drink!
