Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. All purpose flour 1 cup (200 gms ) + 2 tsp for dusting
  2. Brown sugar 1 cup powdered
  3. Condensed Milk 2 tbsp
  4. Chocolate chips 1 tsp
  5. Cocoa powder 3 tsp
  6. Instant coffee powder 2 tsp
  7. Milk 1/2 cup
  8. Baking powder 1/2 tsp
  9. Baking soda 1/2 tsp
  10. Salt 1/2 tsp
  11. Vegetable oil 1/2 cup + 1 tsp for greasing
  12. Sprinkles 1/2 tsp
  13. Vanilla extract 1 tsp

Instructions

  1. Sift flour , baking powder , baking soda and cocoa powder.
  2. Add coffee powder too.
  3. In another bowl add sugar , oil and milk.
  4. Mix together.
  5. Add condensed milk and vanilla extract.
  6. Now mix together liquid ingredients and dry ingredients.
  7. Grease and dust a baking pan.
  8. Pour batter.
  9. Pat slowly , add half of chocolate chips.
  10. Now bake in the microwave for 4 minutes high .
  11. Now add rest of the chocolate chips and sprinkles.
  12. Bake for 1 more minute.
  13. Let it cool down inside the microwave for 5 mins more.
  14. Now run a sharp knife along the edges.
  15. Unmould and cut in to pieces.
  16. Serve with tea or milk.
