Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1 cup cooked quinoa
  2. 3 tbsp diced mango (ripe and firm)
  3. 2 tbsp diced apple
  4. 2 tbsp diced cucumber
  5. 2 tbsp diced pear
  6. 1/2 tsp honey
  7. 1 tbsp corn flakes
  8. 1 tsp Lemon juice
  9. 1 tsp walnuts
  10. 1 tbsp salted cashew
  11. Salt
  12. Black salt
  13. Cumin pwd
  14. Chat masala
  15. Chilly pwd

Instructions

  1. Rinse 1/2 cup quinoa in a fine sieve until water runs clear, drain and transfer to a medium pot. Add 1 cup water and bring to a boil. Cover, reduce heat to medium low and simmer until water is absorbed, 10 to 15 minutes. Set aside off the heat for 5 minutes; uncover and fluff with a fork.
  2. Add all the ingredients in a bowl and toss until combined, and serve .
