Ingredients to make Quinoa mango salad

  • 1 cup cooked quinoa
  • 3 tbsp diced mango (ripe and firm)
  • 2 tbsp diced apple
  • 2 tbsp diced cucumber
  • 2 tbsp diced pear
  • 1/2 tsp honey
  • 1 tbsp corn flakes
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp walnuts
  • 1 tbsp salted cashew
  • salt
  • Black salt
  • cumin pwd
  • Chat masala
  • chilly pwd

How to make Quinoa mango salad

  1. Rinse 1/2 cup quinoa in a fine sieve until water runs clear, drain and transfer to a medium pot. Add 1 cup water and bring to a boil. Cover, reduce heat to medium low and simmer until water is absorbed, 10 to 15 minutes. Set aside off the heat for 5 minutes; uncover and fluff with a fork.
  2. Add all the ingredients in a bowl and toss until combined, and serve .

My Tip:

Fluff the quinoa with the fork, when it is warm.
