An interesting and tasty pizza made with chicken and focasia bread.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Focasia bun- medium size
  2. Pizza cheeze 1 medium cube
  3. Boiled chicken pieces 1 small cup
  4. Pizza sauce 2 tbsp
  5. Chilli flakes
  6. Powdered herbs
  7. Diced tomato,onion and capsicum pieces -one cup

Instructions

  1. Slit focasia bun and spread grated pizza cheese inbetween
  2. Spread pizza sauce on top of the focasia bun
  3. Place shredded onions,tomato and capsicum pieces on the bun
  4. Also place boiled and shredded chicken.
  5. Top it with shredded pizza cheese and microwave till cheese melts
  6. Sprinkle red chilli flakes and herbs powder and serve hot
