Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Daliya roasted dry 1 cup
  2. Capsicum 1 small
  3. Cauliflower 4-5small florets
  4. Onion 1 small
  5. Potato 1 small
  6. Green chilli chopped 2
  7. carrot 1 small
  8. Green peas 10-15 peas
  9. salt as desired
  10. Red chilli powder1/2 tsp
  11. Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
  12. coriander powder 1 tsp
  13. Oil 1 tbs


  1. In a pressure cooker, heat oil. Add cumin seeds, when they crackle add chopped onion. Saute and add spices, salt.
  2. Add capsicum, cauliflower ,potatoes, peas ,carrots and green chillies.
  3. Then add daliya, a cup and water in it. [proportion is for a cup of daliya 2+1/2 cup of water] .It takes about 2 whistles to cook and lower the the gas for 2 minutes, serve it and garnish with coriander leaves.
