ABOUT Pepperoni, Olive and Cheese Bread RECIPE

A bread with the wholesome and rich flavours of Pepperoni , Olives and Cheese . As light as it may seem , it is quite amazing how it satisfies your hunger . Being pretty rich and cheesy , this bread has the capacity to feed a crowd .

Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. 1 cup all purpose flour
  2. 1 tsp salt
  3. 2 tbsp milk powder
  4. 2 tbsp oil ( preferably Canola oil )
  5. 1 tsp yeast
  6. 3/4th cup warm water ( can vary depending upon the quailty of flour )
  7. 12-15 pepperoni slices ; cut into bite sized pieces
  8. 1/2 cup of mozzarella (or any cheese of your choice )
  9. About 12 olive slices
  10. Any dried herbs of your choice ( parsley , oregano , basil or thyme )


  1. First and foremost , heat up your water till it is warm to your touch . You don't want it to be burning hot .
  2. Add in your yeast and set it in a warm place .
  3. Meanwhile , in a bowl add in your flour , salt , oil , milk powder , pepperoni , olives and cheese .
  4. With the activated yeast water , mix the entire dough , preferably with bare hands to help activate the yeast process .
  5. Once done , coat it with about another tsp of oil and set in a warmer place to rest for about forty minutes or so .
  6. Take your loaf pan and grease it well .
  7. When your dough is done , punch it down first to remove excess air .
  8. Carefully set it in your pan and let it rest for another half an hour in a warm place.This step is crucial if you desire fluffy bread.Top it with some dried herbs .
  9. At this point , preheat your oven to 180°.
  10. Bake this for about 25-30 minutes .
  11. Serve hot and enjoy !
