making the traditional hot dogs with Indian flavours, sometimes these kind of fusion turns out amazing.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Boiled potatoes 8 ( medium size)
  2. Boiled peas- 1/2 cup
  3. Onion chopped- 2
  4. Green chilli
  5. Chopped tomatos- 2 ( seeds less)
  6. Ginger chopped- 1 tsp
  7. Fresh chopped coriander leaves
  8. Salt to taste
  9. Black pepper powder
  10. Garam masala-1 tbsp
  11. Coriander powder-1 tbsp
  12. Green chutney - as required
  13. Red chilli powder to taste
  14. Bread crumbs
  15. Tomato (round slices)-2
  16. Onions ( round slices)-2
  17. oil
  18. Tomato Sauce
  19. Hot dog buns


  1. Mash the boiled potatoes and keep aside.
  2. Then add chopped onions , boiled peas, tomatoes , ginger coriander leaves green chillis mix it
  3. Then add all dry ingredients and mix then add bread crumbs, mix well.
  4. Cut the hot dog buns into halves and shallow fry them with little butter applied on the sides of the buns, on a tawa. Keep aside.
  5. Take each toasted buns [one half], apply some green chutney on it, put some tomato sauce on the other half put a generous amount of the potato filling, place some tomato and onion sliced, cover with the other toasted half and serve.
  6. Garnish with tomato sauce and coriander leaves.
