Chicken momos are so popular and healthy snacks that they are a rage all over, so making these delicious steamed momos at home, follow this easy recipe to make these at home.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Flour [maida] 2 cups
  2. Water
  3. Salt to taste
  4. Pepper to taste
  5. Chicken [minced] 1 cup
  6. Chopped onion 3 tablespoons
  7. Garlic chopped 3 cloves
  8. Chopped coriander 1 tablespoons
  9. 2 Tablespoons Oil


  1. In a bowl add flour, salt and 2 tablespoons oil.
  2. Now add little by little water until a dough is formed. Let the dough rest in fridge for at least 1 hr.
  3. In another bowl mix chicken, oil, onion, garlic, coriander, salt, pepper and mix well. Now take the dough and roll it in balls. Now roll out flat using a rolling pin and stuff the dough with the stuffing and shape it as you want.
  4. Now steam the momos for 10 to 15 mins, in a steamer.
