ABOUT Vegetable Sticks with Spiced Yogurt Dip RECIPE

Can it get any better than savouring veggies ? The ultimate way to weight loss . However , it could get quite bland . That's why I bring yogurt to the rescue ! This yogurt dip , surprisingly , goes well with the veggies. Super healthy , yet filling .

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 cup Yogurt
  2. 1 medium cucumber ; cut into sticks
  3. 1 medium carrot ; cut into sticks
  4. 1 radish ; cut into sticks
  5. 1 medium sized bell pepper ; cut into sticks
  6. 1 tomato ; cut lengthwise
  7. A few stalks of spring onions
  8. A few lettuce leaves
  9. A bunch of radish leaves
  10. 1 tbsp Honey
  11. 1 tsp black pepper powder

Instructions

  1. Let's prepare the dip first . In a bowl , add the yogurt and mix it well with honey and black pepper powder .
  2. Next , cut up all your veggies into sticks.
  3. Cut up all of your leaves into bigger lengthwise sections.
  4. In a bigger bowl , arrange the veggies by making them stand .
  5. Finally , serve with the prepared yogurt dip.
