Ingredients Serving: 1

  1. Chia seeds soaked in 150 ml water for 2 hrs.
  2. Pineapple Slices 3 / fresh 1/4 fruit.
  3. Lemon juice of half lemon / citric acid 1/4 tsp
  4. Sugar/ honey to taste ( 1 tsp ).
  5. Cinnamon powder a pinch

Instructions

  1. Blend and take out juice of Pineapple with 50 ml water.
  2. Strain and add in Chia seeds water to make 250 ml. ( add water if needed.
  3. Add Sugar , lemon juice and Cardamom powder. Serve immediately.
