Ingredients to make Vegetable Cracked wheat

  • 1 bowl cracked wheat
  • 3-4 spring onion
  • 1 tomato
  • 1/4 bowl green peas
  • 1 orange sweet paper
  • broccoli 2-3 flower
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp cumin seed
  • 1/2 tsp mustard seed
  • 2 green chili
  • coriander leaves for garnishing
  • salt as per test
  • turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
  • coriander powder 1/2 tsp
  • water 2 cup if you need more you can use
  • lemon for serving

How to make Vegetable Cracked wheat

  1. roast cracked wheat in medium flame until golden brown and keep aside in bowl mean while chop all vegetables
  2. heat oil in pan on medium flame. once hot add mustered seed and cumin seeds and let them pop
  3. now add green chili and all vegetables cook it for 2 min and add roasted cracked wheat with all spices and add water about 2 cup and let them cook
  4. it will take 20 min to cook this and your weight loss recipe is ready garnish with coriander n lemon and serve hot.

My Tip:

i did not added red chili coz red chili is not good for health, if you need more spicy instead of red chili you can use more green chili or black paper powder.
