Everybody loves sandwiches and nobody can ignore shawarmas. When you mix the two, you are left with yet another delicious and irresistible innovation. When you are craving shawarma , go ahead and do this. No fuss preparation and is a healthy sandwich styled shawarma.

Add in the sugar and yeast to the warm water and set it in a warm place .
In a big bowl , add the flour , oil , yogurt and milk powder and get it ready .
Knead the flour using the yeast water .
Cover and keep it in a warm place to rise for about an hour .
Marinade the chicken for atleast half an hour .
Dip them in the egg mix before frying and then coat them with breadcrumbs for the crispier popcorn.
Deep fry on medium flame until done after shaping them into small balls..
From the dough , prepare the pita bread like how you would make your rotis . Let them rest 20 mins and pan fry .
Start by applying some mayonnaise on the pita bread and place any veggie of your choice.
Carefully stack up another pita bread on top of this one , and apply some ketchup to it . Place some cucumber slices and chicken strips .
Place some carrot slices on the next layer and finally add another pita bread on top.
