Almond Walnut Brownie

Ingredients to make Almond Walnut Brownie

  • 1/4 cup dark chocolate
  • 1/2 Cup butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 1tsp Vanilla essence
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/4 cup roasted almonds and walnuts, chopped
  • 1/2 cup Caster sugar
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder

How to make Almond Walnut Brownie

  1. Melt the dark chocolate and butter in double boiler.
  2. Whisk caster sugar and eggs till light and fluffy and add vanilla essence
  3. Add chocolate mixture to egg mixture.
  4. Shift flour cocoa powder and baking powder and fold in liquid ingredients.
  5. Pour in tray greased with butter and garnish with chopped almonds and walnuts.
  6. Bake in preheated oven for 25-30 mins at 160 C .
