ABOUT Steamed Chicken Momos RECIPE

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Refined flour 2 cups
  2. Chicken keema 250 gms
  3. Chopped onion 1
  4. Chopped garlic 1 tsp
  5. Chopped Ginger 1 tsp
  6. Chopped green chilies as per taste
  7. Chopped spring onion
  8. 1 tsp butter
  9. Salt
  10. Soya sauce
  11. Black pepper powder

Instructions

  1. Make a tight dough with warm water, salt and flour.
  2. Mix rest of the ingredients with chicken keema.
  3. Now take out small equal size balls from the dough.
  4. Roll out small flat puris.
  5. Put some stuffing at the center and then fold it making tight pleats.
  6. Press together at the center so that the chicken does not come out while steaming.
  7. Now place the momos in a greased steamer.
  8. Steam for 15 minute.
  9. Serve hot with momo sauce or chutney.
