Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. 3 cup cauliflower grated
  2. 2 medium onions chopped
  3. Green chilli (optional)
  4. 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
  5. Black pepper as per taste
  6. Salt as per taste
  7. Coriander chopped
  8. 2 tbsp cornflour if needed use 1 more tbsp
  9. oil for shallow frying


  1. Microwave cauliflower for 15 minutes.
  2. Add all ingredients and make small fritters out of it.
  3. Heat oil on nonstick tawa pan.
  4. Put fritters and fry it on both sides till golden brown in color.
  5. Enjoy it with cream cheese or mayonnaise or hung curd.
