Ingredients to make Suji Methi Appe

  • 1 cup semolina (suji)
  • 1 cup curd
  • 1 cup methi leaves
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • salt according to taste
  • Blackpepper according to taste
  • few drops of oil

How to make Suji Methi Appe

  1. Whisk curd and mix semolina, salt, black pepper and baking soda. Keep aside.
  2. Wash and cut methi leaves. Mix it in prepared batter.
  3. Heat appe pan. Drop one drop of oil in appe pan.
  4. Add batter with spoon. Let it cook and flip it.
  5. Let it cook from another side, if needed drop some oil in it.
  6. Bring out and serve hot with your favorite sauce.
