Low Fat Brownie

Ingredients to make Low Fat Brownie

  • 1/2 Cup all purpose flour (APF)
  • 1/4 tea spoon Baking Powder
  • 1 & 1/2 Table Spoon Cocoa Powder
  • 1/2 cup castor sugar
  • You can add a bit extra sugar, as the taste of the brownie just have a bit sweetness in it.
  • 1/4 Cup Low fat yogurt
  • 1/2 tea Spoon Vanilla Essence
  • 1 table spoon olive oil
  • 2 table spoon Milk

How to make Low Fat Brownie

  1. Pre-Heat the oven at 180 degree C.
  2. Add all the dry ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
  3. Make a well and add all the liquid ingredients and fold nicely. The batter should be very smooth and lump less.
  4. Grease and dust it with flour a 3" X 4" Browine cake tin (Depth 1") . Pour the batter on it and tap a bit on your kitchen surface to make the surface even and the air bubbles to pop out.
  5. Bake for 15 to 20 mintues. Cool it and then cut them in six pieces and enjoy.
