Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Fresh cream - 200 gm
  2. Milk - 1/2 cup
  3. Sugar/condensed milk - 1 cup
  4. Vanilla Essence - 1 tsp
  5. Strawberry pulp - 4 tbsp
  6. Gelatin - 2 tbsp


  1. First Add 200gms of cream in a pan and add small quantity of milk and allow them simmer.
  2. Then add some condensed milk and mix well for some time. Later add vanilla essence too. Switch off the flame
  3. Meantime soak 2 tbsp of Gelatin in.a cold water till it gets bloomed
  4. After the milk gets cooled, add Strawberry pulp and mix well Then add Gelatin mixture and mix till it combines fully. After that pour it in shot glasses or any cups and set it in a Refrigerator for setting
  5. Finally demould the pannacotta and topping with any berry Sauces of your choice. An easy delicious pannacotta is ready to serve
