This is a quick recipe of potatoes, to be served with some hot chapathis for breakfast.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 6 large boiled potatoes
  2. 2 Onions sliced
  3. Mustard seeds 1/2tsp
  4. Coriander seeds 1/2 tsp
  5. Red chillie powder acc. To taste
  6. Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
  7. Salt
  8. Kitchen king masala1/4 tsp
  9. Curd 1 large bowl
  10. spring onions


  1. Add mustard oil in pan.now add coriander and mustard seeds..
  2. Add onions saute till its color become golden brown
  3. Add all dry masala with little water..cook for 2min
  4. Now put boiled potatoes and spring onions..saute for 3-4 mins with cover lid
  5. Add curd with little gram flour..and cook
  6. After two boils..switch of the gas and garnish with coriander leaves and sliced tomatoes.
