Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Wheat flour 1/4 cup
  2. Water 2 cup
  3. Oil 2 tablespoon
  4. Garlic 2 cloves
  5. Cinnamon 1 small stick
  6. Cloves 2
  7. Salt to taste
  8. Black pepper powder to taste
  9. Sugar small pinch(optional)
  10. Chopped vegetables of your choice 1/4 cup ( I used carrots and beans)
  11. Chopped coriander leaves a handful
  12. Mixed Italian seasoning 1/4 teaspoon
  13. Lemon juice 1/2 tablespoon (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a non stick pan, heat oil, add chopped garlic, cinnamon stick, cloves and saute for few seconds
  2. Add wheat flour and cook for a minute or two just to eliminate the raw flavour, do not over cook
  3. Add water, salt, black pepper powder, sugar, herbs, chopped vegetables and coriander leaves.
  4. Cook for 3-4 minutes stirring continuously to avoid lumps
  5. Add lemon juice for tanginess
  6. Discard cinnamon stick and clove before serving
  7. Add butter if you want
