Basani Chilli

Ingredients to make Basani Chilli

  • 100gm green chilli (1 inch middle cut)
  • 1 table spoon gram flour (basan)
  • Half spoon rai
  • Half spoon saunf (Aniseed)
  • Half spoon turmeric powder
  • 1 Spoon amchoor powder (dry mango powder)
  • 1 Spoon saunf powder(Aniseed)
  • oil
  • salt to taste

How to make Basani Chilli

  1. Take kadai put some oil.let it heat.After heating put Rai in it.let it colour change.Now add green chilli.cook it for 2 to 3 mins in medium flame.
  2. Now it's time to add all the spices and mix it well.After 1 to 2 mins Add basan and cook it for few second.
  3. Now your chilli ready you can eat with rice or roti as per your taste.

My Tip:

You can use instead of Amchoor you can add lemon.
