ABOUT Crunchy Ice Cream Balls with Chocolate Sauce RECIPE

The yummy dessert snack is crunchy hot on the outside and cool frozen inside

Ingredients Serving: 2

White Bread Slices - 8
Frozen Ice cream - Vanilla ice cream or any flavor ice cream
Oil - for deep frying
Chocolate sauce for decoration

Instructions

Take a bread slice. Cut it into round shape. (Place a round shaped bowl on it. Now press it to get a round shape). Similarly make round shape of other slices.
Place a scoop of frozen ice cream on a bread slice. Now lay another bread slice over it. Seal the edges care fully using little water.
Repeat the above 2 steps for rest of the bread slices.
Place it in the freezer for about 30 mins.
Remove from the freezer & fry in oil until golden brown. It will take only a minute to fry. The outside will be crispy hot and inside will be still frozen.
Drizzle some Chocolate Sauce over it and enjoy the Crunchy Ice Cream Balls.
