Keep all the ingredients at room temperature near you
Microwave the cream for 90seconds add small chocolate chunk and cover for 5 minutes
Whisk the cream and make a smooth paste with a hand whisk refrigerat it for 10 minutes
Keep your oven on preheat mode meanwhile sift maida, baking powder, cornflour
Separate egg whites from yolks
In egg yolks add 80 gms sugar and whisk it till ribbon stage it takes 2-3 minute use an electronic beater add oil, water. Beat it for few seconds.
Add maida in two batches mix it well
Now beat egg whites gradually add 45gms sugar beat till stiff peaks formed
Fold this egg whites and few drop of red colour into maida with light hands
Pour the batter in greased cake tin.
Bake for 25-30 minutes on 170'c or till toothpick comes out clean
Now beat your ganache for 1minute and keep it aside
Once cake done keep it on a wire rack to cool down
Trim the crumbs from sides and top as well of the cake slice it half
Now spread a thick layer of ganache on one layer and keep the other one to make a sandwich
Cover the cake with crumb coat and refrigerat it for 5 minutes
Do the second coat and smooth it out with a hot spatula
Make some balls by adding some chocolate ganache into cake crumbs and dip into melted chocolate
Make some chocolate lace out of melted chocolate if you have with
Use these balls and laces strawberry flowers to garnish
Add oil
