Very simple yet yummilicious recipe

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Heavy cream 1 cup
  2. Vanilla ice cream 1/2 cup
  3. Powdered sugar 2tsp
  4. Cardamom powder 1/2 tsp
  5. Fruits as per choice
  6. Dry fruits some cashews and raisin
  7. Compound chocolate both dark and white 50 gms each
  8. Butter 1tsp
  9. Strawberries and mint to garnish

Instructions

  1. Chop all the fruits(l personally prefer grapes apple,banana and specially canned pineapple)
  2. Whip cream along with sugar till soft peaks
  3. Fold in cardamom powder and softened icecream
  4. Add fruits and dry fruits
  5. Refrigerat it
  6. Prepare a 3" diameter bottle and covered bottom with parchment paper till 2"height
  7. Melt both chocolates separately either on double boiler or microwave. I used microwave for 45 seconds
  8. Add butter 1/2 tsp in each bowl
  9. Make separate cones of chocolate as mehndi cones with thin ends
  10. Make design of your choice on a parchment paper of 3" long(which can cover the bottle) and 2" of height
  11. Let it set for few minutes and refrigerat it for 3 minutes
  12. Fold it arround wrapped bottle carefully peel the outer paper
  13. Gently lift the bottle and inner layer
  14. At the time of serving keep it in a plate and fill the fruit cream till half
  15. Garnish with strawberry and mint
