Rajgira Atta Puris

Ingredients to make Rajgira Atta Puris

  • Rajgira atta - 2 cups
  • salt to taste
  • oil - 1 tbsp
  • chilli and ginger paste as per taste
  • few chopped coriander leaves
  • water to make dough

How to make Rajgira Atta Puris

  1. Mix all the ingredients together and make a soft dough.
  2. Make small balls and either roll or just tap with finger and give shape of a round puri .
  3. Fry on medium flame till light brown.
  4. Serve hot with subji and enjoy.

My Tip:

These puris can be consumed without fast also .you may add choped palak or grated carrit or make the dough using palak puree or beetroot puree for more flavour and colour . You may also shallow fry or just roast like chapati for less calories option.
