Kuttu Poori

Ingredients to make Kuttu Poori

  • Kuttu ka aata 100gm
  • Boiled aloo 2 (big size)
  • Green coriander 2 tablespoon (chopped)
  • sendha namak 1/2tablespoon
  • 1 green chili chopped
  • 250 gm deshi ghee

How to make Kuttu Poori

  1. Mix the kuttu aata with boiled aaloo
  2. Now add sendha namak and chopped chilli with chopped coriander
  3. Mix and bring it together like a dough
  4. Now wait for 15 mins
  5. After 15 mins make the 8 roti with this
  6. Now fry all these roti in deshi ghee on medium heat
  7. Now serve it with green chutney

My Tip:

Serve with veggies with gravy
