Paneer Basundi

Ingredients to make Paneer Basundi

  • Milk 500ml
  • paneer 50g
  • sugar 75g
  • Cardamon powder 1/2 tsp
  • kesar threads 4-5
  • Dry fruits chopped 1/4 cup

How to make Paneer Basundi

  1. First boil milk on high flame
  2. Boil it on slow flame for 10 mins
  3. Add sugar cardamom powder
  4. Cut paneer into small cubes
  5. Add paneer in boiling mik
  6. Add dry fruits.
  7. When milk reduces and becomes thick, turn off the gas
  8. Serve cold

My Tip:

Add rose essence instead of cardamon powder
