Ingredients to make Digestive Mukhwas (Mouth Freshener)

  • fennel seeds 500 gm
  • White sesame seeds 250 gm
  • Split coriander seeds 250 gm
  • Dill seeds 150 gm
  • Carom or Ajwain seeds 150 gm
  • salt 100 gm
  • turmeric 50 gm
  • lemon 2 big
  • water 1 cup

How to make Digestive Mukhwas (Mouth Freshener)

  1. Add turmeric, salt in 1 cup of water and mix lemon juice dissolve the salt.
  2. Sock all the seeds with above lemon turmeric water. Keep it overnight or 5 to 6 hours.
  3. Dry it under sunlight for 1 hour or under fan.
  4. Take microwave safe dish microwave sesame seeds at 80% power till sesame seeds roast or dehydrated properly.
  5. Next microwave split coriander seeds on 80% power till seeds dehydrated properly. Sieve it.
  6. Next microwave Ajwain seeds at 80% power till seeds dehydrated properly. Sieve it properly.
  7. Next microwave dill seeds at 80% power till it dehydrated properly remove the chaff with hand grinder with soft hand.
  8. The chaff of the seeds can also removed by rubbing them between two hands
  9. Sieve them helps to remove excess salt and chaff.
  10. Now microwave fennel seed till it dehydrated properly. Remove the chaff same above method. Sieve them properly.
  11. Mix all seeds properly
  12. Cool it your taste digestive mukhwas is ready to serve.

My Tip:

Add greated dry coconut or pumpkin seeds for different variation.
