Ingredients to make Parsi egg

  • 4 egg
  • 4 medium size potato
  • 1 tsp cumin seeds
  • 1 green chilli chopped
  • 1 tsp garlic chopped
  • 2 medium size onion slices
  • salt to taste
  • 3 tsp oil for cooking
  • 2 tsp fresh coriender leaves chopped
  • 3/4 tsp of black pepper powder

How to make Parsi egg

  1. First of all chopped onion,cut thin slice of potatoes and break the egg in a bowl.
  2. Now heat oil in pan and add cumin seeds in it to crack.
  3. when cumin seeds crack and smell comes add chopped ginger in it and saute it .
  4. now add chopped onion in it and saute it.
  5. without colour change add green chilli in it and stir it.
  6. now add thin potato slice in it and some salt in it and stir it.if need add some water in it and cover it to cook for 8-10 min.
  7. In other side take bowl of broken egg and add salt and pepper in it and mix well.
  8. check the potatoes if it cook not over cook add fresh and chopped coriender leaves in it and mox well.
  9. now divided this cooked potato base in four part and make well in between all.and pour the egg mixture in it and cover it to nicely cook and properly set.
  10. when it properly cook and set sprinkle some coriender leaves and black pepper over it.
  11. now served it with Pav or chappati or bread.
