Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Roasted gram flour 1 cup
  2. Rice flour 1/2 cup
  3. Chopped onions 1/2 cup
  4. Steamed raw banana 1
  5. Chopped green chillies 2 teaspoon
  6. Chopped ginger 1 teaspoon
  7. Red chilli powder 1 teaspoon
  8. Oil 2 cups
  9. Roasted ground nut powder 1 teaspoon
  10. Salt per taste

Instructions

  1. First take a bowl and mix roasted gram flour and riceflour.
  2. Add chopped onion, ginger and chilli pieces.
  3. Add red chilli powder, groundnut powder, salt and add a little amount of water and make a batter.
  4. Heat the oil and put pinches of batter slowly on a low flame, when it will change reddish brown in colour, immediately turn off the stove.
  5. Serve hot.
