ABOUT Banana chips RECIPE

Banana chips are prepared with raw bananas. The potato chips can be substituted by this, as banana chips are comparatively more nutritious and similar in taste.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Raw bananas - 3-4
  2. Black salt - 1 tsp
  3. Chaat masala - 1 tsp
  4. Black pepper - 1 tsp
  5. Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Peel the raw bananas.
  2. Cut thin slices of bananas.
  3. Keep the banana slices in salt water for 5-10 minutes.
  4. Take out the slices and pat it dry with a cloth.
  5. Heat oil and deep fry the banana slices till it turns light brown.
  6. Mix it with black salt, chaat masala and black pepper.
  7. The crispy spicy banana chips are ready.
