ABOUT Schezwan Pasta RECIPE

Pasta is everyone's favorite dish. The flavor of schezwan is giving it a lovely taste or we can say "Sone Pe Suhaga". This is a yummilisious recipe.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Boiled pasta - 2-3 cups
  2. Sliced onions - 2
  3. Chopped capsicum (in strips) - 1
  4. Chopped carrot (in strips) - 1
  5. Salt to taste
  6. Tomato ketchup - 1 tbsp
  7. Chili sauce - 1 tbsp
  8. Schezwan sauce - 1 tbsp
  9. Black pepper to taste
  10. Green and spring chopped onion - 2 tbsp
  11. Oil - 1 tbsp
  12. Vinegar - 1 tbsp
  13. For the puree:
  14. Onion- 1
  15. Tomatoes - 2
  16. Garlic flakes - 10

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a kadhai. Add the chopped onions and saute for 2 minutes.
  2. Add vegetables and sauté for 1 minute. Now add tomato paste and saute for another 2 minutes.
  3. Add salt and black pepper and mix them well. Add all the sauces and give a quick stir.
  4. Add boiled pasta. Mix well and cook for 2 minutes. Add spring onions and vinegar, mix them well and switch off the flame.
  5. Serve hot.
