Schezwan Pasta

Ingredients to make Schezwan Pasta

  • Boiled pasta - 2-3 cups
  • Sliced onions - 2
  • Chopped capsicum (in strips) - 1
  • Chopped carrot (in strips) - 1
  • salt to taste
  • tomato ketchup - 1 tbsp
  • Chili sauce - 1 tbsp
  • Schezwan sauce - 1 tbsp
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Green and spring chopped onion - 2 tbsp
  • oil - 1 tbsp
  • vinegar - 1 tbsp
  • For the puree:
  • onion- 1
  • tomatoes - 2
  • garlic flakes - 10

How to make Schezwan Pasta

  1. Heat oil in a kadhai. Add the chopped onions and saute for 2 minutes.
  2. Add vegetables and sauté for 1 minute. Now add tomato paste and saute for another 2 minutes.
  3. Add salt and black pepper and mix them well. Add all the sauces and give a quick stir.
  4. Add boiled pasta. Mix well and cook for 2 minutes. Add spring onions and vinegar, mix them well and switch off the flame.
  5. Serve hot.

My Tip:

You can add grated cheese on the top for more taste.
