My Tip:1. If you are in a rush, keep the salami in the freezer for an hour before slicing them out. 2. I do not like to use green chilli personally as it makes it more spicy for the children. 3. Refrigerate the salami (before slicing them up) as it is rolled into the foil paper and into a zip-lock bag or airtight box that it won't make your refrigerator get the odour.
