ABOUT Banana Custard Halwa RECIPE

Easy to digest and high on nutrients. This dish can be eaten by anybody including kids and elderly people. You can use over ripen bananas.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Banana (Ripen or Over ripen)
  2. Sugar 5 tablespoon
  3. Elaichi 2 pc
  4. Clove 5 pc
  5. Cinnamon powder 1 pinch
  6. Milkmaid 4 tablespoon
  7. Dryfruits as per choice
  8. Ghee 2 tablespoon


  1. Place a non stick pan on stove. Add 2 tablespoon of ghee into it.
  2. Smash the banana with a fork. (Do not make it a paste keep little lumps).
  3. Add sugar in the ghee and stir it for a while until the sugar melts completely. Keep it on low flame while you stir.
  4. Now add cloves and fry for a while den add smashed bananas and keep stiring until sugar and bananas are mixed together.
  5. Keep stiring until it becomes thick.
  6. Now add milkmaid and stir again. Add dry fruits and switch off the flame. Let it cool down.
  7. Put it in a bowl and garnish with remaining dry fruits.
