Summer special chutney which can be eaten with your lunch, pakodas, sandwiches, dhoklas

Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Raw mango-1 medium sized
  2. mint leaves-2 tbsp
  3. coriander leaves-2 tbsp
  4. Jaggery-1 tbsp
  5. salt
  6. Green Chilli-1
  7. Ginger-1 /2 inch pc
  8. cumin Powder-1 tsp

Instructions

  1. Mix chopped mango pieces, coriander, mint leaves and rest of the ingredients in a mixer jar and grind into a smooth paste
  2. You can adjust the taste according to your liking by adding more jaggery if you want it to be on a sweeter side.
