Ingredients to make Banana Sago Rings with Mint and Coriander Chutney

  • Raw banana - 2 (boiled)
  • potato - 1
  • Bread slices - 2
  • sago (soaked and drained) - 1/2 cup
  • salt - as per taste
  • Aamchoor pd -1 tsp
  • red chilli pd- 1/2 tsp
  • green chillies - few(chopped)
  • coriander- 1 tsp (chopped)
  • cashewnuts - 1tsp

How to make Banana Sago Rings with Mint and Coriander Chutney

  1. Peel the bananas and potato.Keep aside.
  2. Take sago in a bowl, add chopped cashew.
  3. Mash the banana and potato, add to the sago.
  4. Mix well Now add all the dry ingredients- salt, red chilli powder, amchoor powder, chopped coriander and chillies.
  5. Finally crumble bread slices and add to the banana mixture.
  6. Take lemon size balls of the mixture, flatten a bit, give shape of vada and deep fry them in batches.
  7. Serve hot with mint, coriander chutney.
