Its a super duper healthy nutty crunchy yummy chilled smoothie. It is called a super food which will give you energy whole day. Use of dates has reduced few calories from this recipe and increased the content of vitamins and minerals.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Chilled Milk - 2 cup
  2. Hung curd - 1/2 cup
  3. Riped banana - 2
  4. Dates - 6-8
  5. Choccolate cake - 2 piece
  6. Kellogg dry nuts Muesli - 1/2 cup
  7. Cardamom powder - 1/4 tsp
  8. Black Pepper powder - a pinch
  9. Black salt - a pinch
  10. Ice cubes 10-15

Instructions

  1. Take a juicer jar.
  2. Peel off banana skin and cut into small pieces. Put these banana pieces into the juicer jar.
  3. Add in all the other ingredients into the juicer jar, keep 2 tsp muesli, small piece of cake and few ice cubes for garnishing.
  4. Blend for 1 minute.
  5. Pour ready chilled smoothie in mugs
  6. Garnish with ice cubes, muesli and small piece of cake and enjoy this easy healthy fibrous breakfast with your family or friend.
