Ingredients to make Chatpati paapdi chat

  • Singhade ka atta 250 gms
  • potatoes 5 (boiled)
  • Raw bananas 2 pieces
  • jaggery 250 gms
  • Hung curd 250 gms
  • Chopped green chilli 1 tsp
  • Chopped green coriander 2 tsp
  • lemon juice 2-3 tsp
  • pomegranate 1 (peeled)
  • Red chilli powder 1 tsp
  • salt as per taste
  • Sesame oil 3 cups

How to make Chatpati paapdi chat

  1. Make a dough for papdis with singhada flour and two boiled potatoes. Make a perfect dough. Now make papdis and fry these on a low flame.
  2. Chop the raw banana and fry to get the chips. Slice the boiled potato into round pieces and deep fry.
  3. For chutney: Take jaggery and a cup of water, bring to a boil. Add some salt, lal mirch and some kismish. Keep boiling till thick.
  4. Now keep a aloo tikki in between two papdis. Set 4-5 pieces in a bowl, add salt, red chilli powder, chutney, whisked hung curd, lemon juice, green chillies and chopped coriander.
  5. Garnish with pomegranate, potato chips and banana chips.
