ABOUT Paneer Akuri RECIPE

Authentic Parsee dish prepared with paneer instead of eggs, onion and tomato base with light seasoning. Goes well with Fresh Pav/bread

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 150 grams paneer
  2. 1 big onion
  3. 1 big tomato
  4. 1/3 tspm turmeric powder
  5. 1 tspn red chilly powder
  6. 1 cummin zeera powder
  7. 1 tspn garam masala powder
  8. 1 tblspoon oil
  9. 1 tspn Ginger Garlic paste
  10. Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Take chopped onion and fry in oil
  2. Add salt and turmeric
  3. Add tomatoes
  4. Add ginger garlic and seasoning
  5. Now mash or crumble paneer well
  6. Add to the above mix
  7. Mix well in the onion tomato base
  8. Remove from flame and serve hot
