Ingredients to make Paneer Akuri

  • 150 grams paneer
  • 1 big onion
  • 1 big tomato
  • 1/3 tspm turmeric powder
  • 1 tspn red chilly powder
  • 1 cummin zeera powder
  • 1 tspn garam masala powder
  • 1 tblspoon oil
  • 1 tspn ginger Garlic paste
  • salt to taste

How to make Paneer Akuri

  1. Take chopped onion and fry in oil
  2. Add salt and turmeric
  3. Add tomatoes
  4. Add ginger garlic and seasoning
  5. Now mash or crumble paneer well
  6. Add to the above mix
  7. Mix well in the onion tomato base
  8. Remove from flame and serve hot

My Tip:

Add any other masala for taste is optional to garam masala
