Fried Banana Shake

Ingredients to make Fried Banana Shake

  • Ripe banana - 2
  • sugar - 150 gm
  • Milk - 1 cup
  • Vanilla icecream - 4 scoops
  • butter - 2- 3 tbsp

How to make Fried Banana Shake

  1. Brown butter in a pan.Add the chopped bananas to the sizzling butter.Add sugar, caramelise it, coat the bananas well with the caramelised sugar.Cook for approx 5 mins. Keep aside to cool.
  2. In a blender pour the milk,add the fried bananas and finally icecream.Blend well to get a smooth shake.
  3. Pour into glasses and top it with toppings of your choice

My Tip:

Mash the fried bananas with a fork to get a smooth shake
