Cheesy maggi pops

Ingredients to make Cheesy maggi pops

  • Maggi 1 pack
  • ginger 1/2"piece crushed
  • Mozzarella cheese 4 tbsp
  • tomato sauce 1tbsp
  • Soya sauce 1tsp
  • honey 1tsp
  • capsicum 1tbsp finely chopped
  • Red bellpepper 1 tbsp chopped
  • carrot 1 tbsp chopped
  • Mixed Italian herbs 1 tsp
  • chilli flakes 1/4 tsp
  • Maida 2 tbsp + 1 tbsp cornflour + water(thin paste)
  • Poha (grind into powder) 4tbsp
  • maida 1tbs
  • oil to fry 1 tsp

How to make Cheesy maggi pops

  1. Take a little oil in a wok add ginger. Sauté for few seconds
  2. Add Maggi and tastemaker, soya sauce, tomato sauce, honey and cook according to pack instructions
  3. When cooled add herbs, chilli flakes,vegetables and cheese
  4. Make small balls out of the mixture
  5. Take a ball roll into dry maida then into maida paste and finally roll into poha powder and immediately deep fry on medium high heat
  6. Make all the pops in same sequence
  7. Enjoy with your choice of accompliment

My Tip:

Do not skip ginger and honey as it give an awsome taste do not change the sequence of coating
