Mummy's Special maggi

Ingredients to make Mummy's Special maggi

  • 2 packets maggi atta noodles
  • 1 small onion
  • garlic ( cut in small pieces ) 1 tsp
  • Yellow, Red and green capsicum(1/4 th each capsicum)
  • 1/2 potato( boiled) and few peas boiled
  • 1 small cube of paneer
  • Few coriander leaves
  • salt (according to taste)
  • red chilli powder 1/2 tsp
  • black pepper crushed 1/4 th tsp
  • tomato ketchup - 1 tablespoon
  • Hot and sweet ketchup - 1 tsp

How to make Mummy's Special maggi

  1. Boil the atta noodles in enough water and drain it and keep aside
  2. we will not add its tastemaker and keep it aside
  3. Take a big wok and add garlic then all the vegetables with onion.
  4. Cook them on medium flame for 5 minutes
  5. Now add atta noodles and its taste maker
  6. Add salt and red chilli powder and black pepper
  7. Mix all nicely
  8. Add maggi hot and sweet ketchup
  9. Garnish with tomato ketchup
  10. Serve hot

My Tip:

We can add as many vegetables as we want
