Ingredients to make Maggi bird nest

  • 1 pack Maggi
  • 1 potato boiled and mashed
  • 1/2 cup fine chopped veggies (carrot, beans)
  • 1/4 cup Bread crumbs
  • oil for frying
  • salt
  • 1 tbsp Seasoning masala
  • 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
  • coriander leaves for plating
  • Very small pieces of radish for making eyes
  • Small piece of carrot for making nose

How to make Maggi bird nest

  1. Make Maggi and keep aside
  2. Mix boiled potatoes, ingredients and mix well
  3. Make cutlets from it
  4. Fry them
  5. Place eyes and nose on it as shown in the pic
  6. Place maggi for plating
  7. Keep coriander leaves on side
  8. Place ready cutlets on the nest
