Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 200 gm Maggi
  2. 2 eggs
  3. 2 medium onions sliced
  4. 2 tomatoes sliced
  5. 4 green chilli chopped
  6. 6 tsp tomato sauce
  7. 2 tsp soya sauce
  8. 2 tsp green chilli sauce
  9. 5 tsp oil or 5 tsp Butter
  10. Salt

Instructions

  1. Boil Maggi for 1 min and immediately put into cold water after it.
  2. Remove from water and add 2 tsp of oil.Spread it on a Plate for 2 min
  3. Fry 2 eggs and keep aside
  4. Heat the kadhai and add oil, when heated add chopped onion and fry for a min
  5. Then add sliced tomatoes and green chilli.
  6. Add boiled Maggi, salt, tomato sauce, chilli sauce, soya sauce and fry for a min
  7. now add fried eggs and mix it well.
  8. Fried maggi is ready!
