Maggi Chaat

Ingredients to make Maggi Chaat

  • 2 potatoes
  • 1 small onion chopped
  • 1 green chili chopped
  • 2 tsp boiled corn (boiled)
  • 1 tsp shimla mirch any of colour
  • 1 tsp finely chopped beans (optional)
  • salt
  • 50 grams maggi
  • oil for deep fry
  • aloo bhujia
  • Imli chutney (boil imli and sugar and thicken it)

How to make Maggi Chaat

  1. Cut the potatoes in two halves. And boil them in salt water. Keep it aside.
  2. Now scoop the potatoes and keep it aside. Don't throw potato shells,which will be required later.
  3. Boil the maggi for half a min and keep aside
  4. Take kadhai add 2 tsp oil and add onion, beans, corn, salt, capsicum, green chilli and fry them.
  5. Add half boiled maggi and add the scooped out potatoes. Also add maggi masala.
  6. Fry for 2 minutes and keep it aside .
  7. Deep fry the potato shells. Now stuff the fried mixture inside the potato shell.
  8. Add aloo bhujia and imli chutney. Garnish with peanuts.
